Last Alternative Visit

Hello All

As you are on your hunt for an alternative visit of your own (instead of a whole class visit prearranged) I wanted to post a few options you should know about:

Alison posted one but she needs to know by Tuesday, March 11th as I understand

Tim Hopper knows of 5 spots for Burnside Gorge Community Centre (website) on Mar 12th at 9.00 - please email him at thopper@uvic.ca

Fern Perkins know of Sea Change marine (website) needing volunteers on March 19th - here is the call for support:

We have a program for high school students on March 19th on Thetis Island. It starts at 9 am and ends at 3:30. We plan to go the night before to set up and launch our boat for divers. If volunteers can get themselves there, it would be great fun!> Nikki

*Please remember to pick up your name tag/badge from Maureen in the School Field Experience Office (2nd floor) (to add your UVic ID into so that the communities you are visiting can recognize that you are visiting the location officially).
